In addition to providing our venue for event rentals, we are thrilled to offer local photographers the opportunity to rent our space at a discounted rate. This allows for a private, waterfront experience for capturing special photo moments.
Whether it's engagement photos, family portraits, or creative projects, our picturesque location along Thomas Creek offers stunning backdrop.
To reserve the Event date(s), a signed Agreement, the nonrefundable deposit of 50% of the Rental Fee, and the $500.00 Security Deposit must be received by Thomas Creek Events LLC.
Insurance coverage for the Event is also required and proof of insurance will need to be provided along with the final payment of the Rental Fee, which is due 60 days prior to the Event.
Clients are responsible for providing any vendors needed for the Event. (i.e. photographer, catering, music/DJ, etc.)

We do. We drink. We party.
We absolutely allow alcohol to be served at our venue. We only require that OLCC licensed servers are serving the alcohol and we require proof of a OLCC license. Alcohol service ends at 11 pm or at the end of the Event, whichever is earlier.
We do not have tables or chairs for rental at this time. We do have a vendor less than a mile from our home that does provide rentals, and has offered FREE delivery to our venue!
Yes, there is ample parking available at Thomas Creek Events LLC. All parking is located right at the venue location, but well out of the range of photos.
The Premises are an OFF-GRID venue. There is no running water and there is no power.
To provide Clients with power for the Event, Thomas Creek Events LLC will supply one 9400W running generator. It will be located away from the venue space, along with extension cords. The generator runs on propane and will have an ample amount to run during the duration of the Event.
At this time we do not have a covered or indoor space. Our venue space is large and offers ample room for tents if needed. The space has lots of old growth trees that also provide shade.
We currently do not have bride or groom "get ready' spaces. We do allow for camp trailers to be brought in to allow for you to have a private area to get ready, we also have a list of VERY CLOSE airB&B rentals.
